Previews are delivered within 2 business days. This means we are unable to offer a live preview of your poster prior to ordering.

You’ll receive a digital preview of your poster for approval in 2 business days before printing. After receiving your digital preview if you want to make some changes, we are happy to offer one batch of adjustments for you.

If after a batch of adjustments you are still unhappy with the result – we are happy to offer you a full refund of your purchase.

Photos taken on smartphones work perfectly well and are used for the vast majority of our posters.

We will integrate only your face into the design so for the best cinematic result, we recommend uploading a close-up portrait photo instead of a full-body image. Be sure to make a good exposure and be within the rich of a sufficient lightsource to improve a photo quality.

We offer two poster sizes:

• Medium: 20×28 inches (50×70 cm)
• Large: 28×40 inches (70×100 cm)

We offer framed and rolled posters. The framed arrive ready to hang, are better protected with a plexiglass during everyday use and provide a premium finish. And the rolled are packaged well and arrive rolled in a tube.

We ship worldwide and work with trusted printing partners across the US and Europe to ensure fast and reliable delivery wherever possible. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on your location.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a digital preview of your poster within 2 business days. After your approval, please allow up to 3 business days for production and up to 7 business days for delivery. Please note, that we also have an option for express delivery. Please allow up to 2 weeks total for us for fulfillment and delivery of your order.

Due to the personalised nature of our products we cannot offer returns or exchanges on our products.However if you have an issue for a misprinted, damaged or defective item – you may  submit it within 4 weeks of receiving your order. For packages lost in transit, claims must be made no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we will cover the product costs.
